Is the depth of the tank going to be an issue?
Tankless is flexible in depth, length & width & can be as shallow as 600mm deep plus 200mm of top soil or crushed rock or concrete above. 800mm that can solve issue with high water table, rock below etc.
My property is difficult to access. Can you still install a tank?
Modular systems are portable so can be easily transported to the area, in fact our coils will pass through a standard door way. Limited access excavator can also fit through to get the job done.

Being underground our tanks are not affected by Ultraviolet light so they can last indefinitely with good filtration of the storm water prior to entering the tank.

Yes. You can & we can adjust the depth to allow for more top soil if required. The system has a pervious top to collect surface water & reclaim irrigation water over its surface.

Installing any tank can have some challenges like water seeping into the excavated area & floating your tank as you try to install it or unexpected rocks, concrete buried & foreign materials can cause expensive delaying issues to the project.
